Q: How long have you been a photographer?
A: The owner at Say Zees Photography has been a professional photographer for many years, taking his hobby and making it his profession.
Q: What is your photographic style?
A: Many potential clients ask this question. The easiest way to answer this is that Say Zees Photography has multiple styles mixed into one. Very much a classic but modern style, if it were the 100% decision of Say Zees Photography a wedding would be produced with a large amount of candid shots along with classic oriented portraits on wedding day.
Q: How many photographers go to a wedding?
A: Say Zees Photography provides the artistic work of the owner and 1 assistant, when needed.
Q: How many pictures do you take at a wedding?
A: This largely depends on the wedding. Most weddings will have upwards of 600 images/pictures. All images/pictures are provided to the client.
Q: Do you provide the client with copy rights?
A: Yes and No. There has been much confusion in this area with many services. The bottom line is that every client receives a CD/DVD with full reprint and share rights. Say Zees Photography retains the rights to resell to guests and the client. Therefore, copy rights are not fully released. However, you may use your disc for your personal purposes.
Q: Do you do black and white or other special effects?
A: Say Zees Photography does retouch all enlargements that are printed. Retouching includes special affects, blemish removal, object or person removal (depending on how severe the situation), B&W, color changes etc.
Q: You provide a lot of great services, but what is the cost?
A: The cost for wedding day services starts at only $1000, which includes producing on wedding day with unlimited hours and unlimited pictures. All images/pictures produced are fully edited and delivered on CD/DVD. Always keep in mind that what you are paying for is digital photography of images/pictures. Without great production your prints will not be a "Family Heirloom". So Say Zees Photography is dedicated full time to great production.

Q: Do you do Bridal and Engagement Portraits and how much is the cost?
A: Yes we do. There is no fee for these services. Say Zees Photography produces these pictures and places the pictures on the website for ordering prior to the wedding. Further, these images/pictures will be on the CD/DVD package you receive at no additional fee.
Q: How quickly after the wedding will I get my CD/DVD package?
A: The turn time is 14 Business Days. Business Days are Monday through Friday. The CD/DVD packages are mailed to your address of record by USPS with delivery confirmation.
Q: Can I order an album or prints with retouching?
A: Yes, a client is given the opportunity to order a-la-carte any print item they would like. Pricing is very modest and can be found on our website. All orders are fulfilled on-line as this is most convenient for clients and Say Zees Photography. All orders for prints are shipped out 3 business days after ordering. All album orders are shipped out within 10 days after ordering. Shipping for most orders is $10-$20 but Say Zees Photography offers free shipping if your complete order is over $50.
Q: How can we sign up for services?
A: Since we do a lot of business with Military Couples, we have made the sign up very easy. We simply complete a contract over the phone and email it to you. Once you review the contract and agree, then you pay for it. If you don't agree then we simply cancel the contract since no funds have been paid at that point. However, we do provide you 24 hours to review and place deposit. We can also meet in studio, but we find this to be the convenient method.
Q: How much is the deposit and what payment method do you accept?
A: For payment, we accept credit card, check or cash transactions. All credit card payments can be made securely through our website. Payments are real simple. $500 deposit is made upon acceptance of the contract (lower deposits can be made if agreed upon at the time of contract agreement). The balance is paid 30 days prior to the event. You may make a payment at any time in between but there is no obligation. All print orders are placed through the website and paid at the time the order is placed.
